About Us

Born from hope, built for change

Founded by Rachael Owuor in Manyatta, Kisumu (2023), Parks Boychild Foundation was born from a deep desire to bring hope and guidance to boys in the slums. While many programs focused on girls, boys were often left behind — we created a safe space where they can learn, dream, and build a better future.

We are a Community-Based Organization (CBO) working with schools, families, and local leaders to provide mentorship, education support, and psychosocial guidance — helping boys overcome challenges and realize their full potential.
